Scorecard Applications To Provide Carrier With Robust, Accurate Customer Analysis and Commission Payment Capability
TORONTO, CANADA, March 15, 2016 — Scorecard Systems Inc., the global
leader in reporting and analysis solutions for telecommunications companies, today announced that it has been selected by GVTC Communications to deploy its Subscriber Analysis Application and Commission Manager solutions. Scorecard’s applications, which drive deeper, more accurate reporting of customer activity, reduce subscriber acquisition costs, and place ownership and control of the business rules for both customer reporting and commission payments directly in the hands of the responsible departments, have been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe and currently measure results for over 200 million subscribers.

Scorecard’s Subscriber Analysis Application can be deployed within an Enterprise Data Warehouse or as a standalone analysis tool, allowing service providers to measure customer activity using table-based, user-configurable business rules. The application allows customers to benefit from:

The Commission Manager ensures accuracy around partner payments, increases flexibility in defining plans, provides an automated dispute resolution mechanism and what-if modeling capabilities to commission analysts, and significantly decreases the effort required to generate commissions and deal with sales channel queries.
