TORONTO, CANADA, August 1, 2010 — Scorecard Systems Inc., the global leader in reporting and analysis solutions for mobile, cable, and fixed line telecommunications operators, today announced that it has been chosen by Smith Bagley, Inc., d/b/a Cellular One of North East Arizona, which provides nationwide wireless voice and data services to over 100,000 customers in northeast Arizona, southern Utah, and northwest New Mexico, to provide the company with a more robust and detailed subscriber, service, revenue and usage analysis capability across the organization. Scorecard’s solutions, which drive deeper, more accurate analysis of customer activity, reduce commission and acquisition costs, and put analytical ability directly in the hands of end-users, have been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe and currently measure results for over 150 million subscribers.
Scorecard Systems’ Subscriber Analysis Application will ensure “one version of the truth” across departments, improve precision around churn and acquisition reporting, and provide deeper levels of understanding about customers’ behavior patterns throughout their lifecycle. The solution will allow the company to measure customer activity using a table-based business rules approach that leverages industry standards and best practices, without the need for in-house coding or support teams.
