Accurate Subscriber Analysis Measurement Required Following Series of Mergers, Acquisitions and Billing System Conversion

TORONTO, CANADA, October 21, 2008 — Scorecard Systems Inc., the global leader in reporting and analysis solutions for cable, broadband and telecommunications companies, today announced that it has been chosen by MTPCS, LLC d/b/a Cellular One, which provides nationwide wireless voice and data services to customers in Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Texas, to provide the company with a more robust and detailed subscriber and service analysis capability across the organization. The Scorecard Subscriber Analysis Application will be deployed following a series of mergers and acquisitions recently completed by Cellular One. The company has also begun a conversion of its billing system.

Scorecard Systems’ Subscriber Analysis Application will provide Cellular One with a robust, detailed solution to track customer and service activity, and provide management and analyst users with the ability to drill down to the lowest level of detail. Its deployment will ensure accuracy around churn and acquisition reporting and enable Cellular One to make needed changes to business rules and reporting structures more quickly without IT coding requirements. The solution will allow the company to measure customer activity using a table-based, user-configurable business rules approach that leverages subscriber industry standards customized to its specific needs.
